The item is not a final sale or marked as “non-returnable”

How to Return

Our team will provide a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.

Package the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
